Free wristband artwork: how the design proof works
Every custom order includes complimentary artwork. You do not need a finished print-ready file to start. You need a logo, a slogan or a rough brief - we send a proof to your email and phone, and we do not print until you approve it.
What to send us
A vector logo (AI, EPS or SVG) is ideal. A sharp PNG or PDF is enough for most jobs. If you only have a name, a house colour and a one-line slogan, that is also enough - the artwork team will set the type.
Tell us the product first. A file that looks perfect on a full-colour Tyvek ticket can fail on a thin debossed silicone band. We will say so on the proof instead of finding out after moulding.
What changes by product
Tyvek and plastic clip take printed logos, including fine type and full colour on the relevant SKUs. Silicone print can carry multi-colour detail on the surface. Debossed, embossed and ink-filled need simpler shapes because the design is moulded into the rubber.
Lanyards use dye sublimation, screen print or heat transfer depending on the tape and quantity. In-stock title lanyards (Staff, Visitor, VIP, Security) already have type - you are choosing a ready product, not a custom proof.
The approval loop
You get a unique proof link by email and phone. Reply with moves, type changes or a colour tweak. There is no charge for normal revisions on a complimentary design. Production starts only after you sign off, which is why late artwork is what blows an event date - not the print itself.
- Cut-off for same-day dispatch on eligible stock is 3pm AEST, and that still needs a completed order.
- Custom silicone and woven need the proof approved before the 7–10 day production window starts.
- We can speak directly to your designer or the person running the event.
Frequently asked questions
- Is the design service really free?
- Yes. Complimentary artwork and proofs are included on custom wristband and lanyard orders. You pay for the product, not a separate design fee for standard setups.
- Can you match a Pantone or brand colour?
- We colour-match as closely as the process allows. Tell us the target on the brief and we will flag any limits on the proof - especially on moulded silicone versus full-colour print.
