Lanyard print styles: dye sub, screen print and ready titles
The print method decides how much colour you get, how fine the type can be, and whether you wait for a proof. Pick the process from the job, not from a pretty mock-up that will not survive the tape.
Dye sublimation (full colour)
Dye sub pushes photographic colour into polyester tape. Logos, event names, sponsor lockups and gradients can wrap both sides. This is the usual custom lanyard for conferences and workplaces that need the brand, not a generic word.
Minimum 50. Complimentary proof first. Production is typically 7-10 days after you approve. If type must read from both sides, say so on the brief.
Screen print and heat transfer
Screen print suits simpler logos and stronger spot colour on a ribbed or standard polyester tape. It is the right call when the artwork is a one or two-colour mark, not a photograph.
Heat transfer is another custom option we use when the file and quantity fit that process. We will confirm the method on the proof instead of locking you into a process that fights the artwork.
In-stock titles: no custom print
Staff, Visitor, Contractor, VIP and Security lanyards already have the word on the tape. You are choosing a ready product from 10 units, not sending a logo. Same-day dispatch is available on eligible orders before 3pm AEST.
Use these when the title matters more than your brand, or when the meeting is this week. Do not put a photographic logo brief on a titled SKU and expect a custom proof.
Recycled tape uses the custom workflow
Recycled polyester lanyards are made from recycled drink bottles and take the same custom print path as standard full-colour tape. Choose them when the sustainability line is part of the credential story. They are not a same-day title.
