Screen-printed custom lanyards for simple logos
Screen-printed lanyards put a one or two-colour mark on polyester tape. Use them when the logo is a clean crest, a wordmark or a school colour, not a photographic lockup.
This is custom tape. Minimum 50. Complimentary artwork and a proof before we print. Typical production is 7-10 days after you approve. It is not an in-stock Staff or VIP title, and it is not same-day.
Specs
Ribbed polyester tape, screen printed. You choose clips and a safety breakaway on the form. If the file is a gradient or a photo, we will usually move you to dye sublimation on the full-colour line instead of forcing screen print.

Screen print versus full colour and in-stock
Dye sublimation wraps photographic colour around the tape. Screen print is the cheaper, flatter look for a simple brand. Recycled polyester uses the custom proof workflow on tape made from drink bottles.
In-stock titles already have a word. Do not send a logo to those SKUs. If the meeting is this week and the word Staff is enough, leave this page.
Artwork, minimums and timing
Send a vector logo. We proof it, you approve it, then the 7-10 day clock starts. Speak to the artwork team if type must read on both sides.
The live unit price sits on the pricing tab. 250 and 500 are where most workplace and school reprints land. Wristbands can still be the door ticket on the same event.

- When the logo is one or two flat colours. Photographic artwork, gradients and sponsor lockups belong on the full-colour dye-sublimation line.
