Our experience with CW was smooth and positive with Ciarra and her team. With excellent service at all stages of the process, we had prompt replies to our questions, and the responses were always clear, detailed, and informative. Even when our badge designs required changes, the updated drafts were quickly sent and the design dimensions, layout and colour of the design was easy to read and understand. The sample pack was a great help in determining the types of finishes and quality CW provides, and we are delighted with the finished badges in every respect. Delivery of our order was as we had hoped and Australasian Orchestra Inc. thanks CW and Ciarra for excellent quality service.

Service and product is excellent, very fast and efficient with great interface for ordering, design approval, questions and comments. Unfortunately the pins were put onto backing cards backwards (despite design approval confirmation) which has meant a few hours of rework to resolve prior to an event. We were offered a 10% discount off future orders as compensation but no real apology or resolution for the error. Could have made more of an effort in this area. Otherwise, company and product are highly recommended.

These guys are great! A couple of times now I've ordered custom lanyards and needed them urgently, they went out of their way each time to get them to me quickly. I have used them many times now and very happy every time with the item and customer service. 5 stars!!!!!

These guys are the BEST!!! Not only are the products reasonably priced, their customer service is amazing, they're so helpful and quick with orders and keep you in the loop throughout the whole process. Our custom designed wristbands are well made and our music students love wearing them!
