Artwork that works on a printed band
Send a vector logo (AI, EPS or SVG) if you have one. A sharp PNG or PDF is enough for most jobs. If you only have a name, a hex colour and a one-line slogan, the artwork team can set the type.
Tell us it is printed silicone on the brief. A file that looks perfect on a full-colour Tyvek ticket can still be too fine once it wraps a narrow rubber band. We will say so on the proof instead of finding out after the run.
Every custom order includes a unique proof link. Production does not start until you approve it. Normal revisions on a complimentary design do not add a separate design fee.
Printed vs the other silicone styles
Use printed when the logo has several colours or small text. Use debossed when you want a quiet, moulded impression with no surface ink. Use embossed when the mark should be raised and obvious by touch. Use ink-filled when you want a high-contrast slogan packed into a recess - the classic awareness-band look.
Plain silicone is still cheaper if you only need colours. Do not pay for print to identify houses or zones.

Agencies order it when the client file is already a full-colour lockup and they do not want it reduced to one pantone impression.
If the wear will be heavy every day for months - site crews, warehouse staff - say so. Surface ink can scuff sooner than a moulded deboss. We will tell you if ink-filled or debossed will outlast the brief.
Minimums, price and timing

Production for 100-plus is usually 7–10 days after you approve the proof, plus transit. That proof step is what blows a last-week event date - not the print itself. If the date is inside a week, put Tyvek on the door and keep printed silicone for the follow-up shipment.
Mixed band colours with the same printed design usually do not add a second setup charge. Full-colour print products can be the exception; ask us if the file itself changes by colourway.
