Plain Tyvek wristbands are the cheapest secure way to colour-code a crowd in Australia. There is no print - the colour is the system. Use one colour per day, door, age group or ticket type. The adhesive is tamper-evident: peel it off and the band tears, so a used ticket cannot be resealed and passed to a friend.
This is the product we dispatch fastest. Eligible orders placed before 3pm AEST can leave the same day by express. The minimum is 100 bands per colour. That combination is why clubs, school formals, concerts and one-night festivals still default to plain Tyvek when the date is close.
You are buying a disposable access product, not a souvenir. People are not meant to still be wearing it in a month. If they should, add silicone as merch and keep Tyvek on the gate.

How to colour-code an event
Give each meaning its own colour before you think about a logo. Typical splits are day of the weekend, 18+ versus general, artist versus crew, or indoor versus outdoor stage. Order the count per colour, not one mixed bag you sort later.
If two groups need the same colour, you have already lost the system. Add a second colour or move that group to printed Tyvek so the type does the work the colour cannot.
On most wristbands, changing only the band colour with the same design does not add a setup charge. Plain Tyvek has no design - you simply hit 100 per colour. Leftover bands from a cautious buffer are cheaper than a second rush job the night before doors.
When to stay plain and when to upgrade
Stay on plain Tyvek when identification is the only job: a colour at the door, a school formal, a club night, a one-day carnival. Add black print when you need a logo or event name without photographic colour. Move to full-colour Tyvek when sponsors, photos or a detailed lockup have to sit on the ticket.
For a wet, dusty or multi-day site, compare plastic clip before you default to Tyvek. Clip costs more per band and the locking button survives a weekend better. Custom printed clip starts at 500 and takes 10–14 days, so it is not a same-week substitute.
Silicone is the wrong upgrade for entry. It comes off cleanly. Use it at the merch stall.
Same-day and last-week orders
Cut-off for same-day dispatch is 3pm AEST on eligible plain Tyvek. That still needs a completed order - not a half-finished colour split in an email. If you miss the cut-off, the next express window is the following business day.
We are open 9am–5pm on business days, closed weekends and public holidays. Friday-afternoon festival panic is the usual reason people wish they had ordered the buffer on Wednesday.
