Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the product, we’re happy to offer a return or refund — just get in touch with our team and we’ll work to make it right.

For plain, in-stock items, we accept returns and refunds for any reason, as long as the item is unused and returned in its original condition.

For customised products, we understand mistakes can happen. If there’s an issue caused by us — such as an error in colour, size, quantity, or wording — we’ll happily arrange a return, replacement, or refund. However, please note that we can’t offer returns for incorrect orders due to customer input (e.g. wrong colour or phrase selected). We encourage you to double-check all details before confirming your order.

Please contact us for returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note: refunds won’t be provided for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control, including postal disruptions, shipping delays, acts of God, or other unforeseen events.
